THE HISTORY The NCCAA has been hosting soccer national championships at the Austin-Tindall Sports Complex in Kissimmee, Florida since 1996. The first DI Men's Soccer National Championship was played in 1997, with Indiana Wesleyan University winning the first championship. Trinity Christian College holds the lead for most DI Women's Soccer Championships of current NCCAA schools, having won three total titles, including the 2024 national championship. Grace College was the last school to win back-to-back championships, winning titles in 2021 and 2022. LAST YEAR Trinity Christian College won their third championship in school history and first since 2018, defeating rival Judson University 3-0 in the title match. The Trolls went 1-0-1 in Pool Play, defeating Warner University 3-2 and tying Redeemer University 2-2. Trinity Christian exploded for a trio of goals in the championship game, with Nerea Genc scoring a goal and picking up a pair of assists in the win. Litzy Corona earned the Tournament's Most Outstanding Player award, while also being the Select Golden Ball winner for most goals in the tournament.
