2019 NCCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships to be Hosted by Cedarville University 9/14/2018 10:34:47 AM Greenville, SC: The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announces an agreement with Cedarville University to host the 2019 Men’s & Women’s Indoor Track & Field National Championships. The championships will be held on Cedarville University’s campus in Cedarville, OH at Doden Field House. [Images below] Cedarville has experience hosting NCCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships having previously served as host six times, most recently in 2018. On February 15-16, 2019, student-athletes from across the country will compete in 19 events. Student-athletes and coaches will also have the opportunity to serve the local community through a Christian Service Project (CSP). Details of the CSP will be released closer to the event date. The spacious Doden Field House which opened in March 2004, had its original flooring replaced with a blue six-lane track featuring Connor 10mm ProTraxx surface and is striped per NCAA Track & Field regulations. The gray infield includes a poured Connor ElastiPlus surface. There are two long jump/triple jump pits with minimum 125-foot runways and a 9 x 20 foot landing area. Two pole vault plant boxes include a minimum 150-foot runways. Throws are conducted on a wood throwing circle with an NCAA legal cage. The facility also includes an 8-lane electronic scoreboard and has ample bleacher seating with a capacity of approximately 1,100 fans.
