Campbellsville University Claims 2023 Men's Indoor Track & Field National Championship

Cedarville, OH - Campbellsville University won its first NCCAA Men’s Indoor Track & Field National Championship on Saturday. The Tigers claimed first place in 3-of-19 events to earn 137 points, a commanding 51 points over second place Cedarville University's 86. Southwestern Assemblies of God University finished in third place with 84.50 points.

The Tigers took first place in the 5000m, long jump, and triple jump, while taking second place in the 60m, high jump, long jump, and triple jump.

Caleb Campbell of the University of Fort Lauderdale was named Men’s Track Athlete of the Meet, while Campbellsville’s Kilan Macklin was named Men’s Field Athlete of the Meet. Campbellsville earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors. Bryan Hernandez-Rios, of Grace College, broke the meet record in the 1 Mile with a time of 4:11.81, while Grace's 4x800 Relay team also broke the meet record with a time of 7:49.85
