LAST YEAR
Third-seeded Ozark Christian College took home their first-ever NCCAA DII Women's Basketball National title in 2025, holding off #4 Simmons College of Kentucky 75-72 in the national championship game. Brooke Nice scored a bucket with 2:02 left to put the Ambassadors back on top, and a pair of shots from the Falcons to win the game were off target, as OCC secured their first blue banner in women's basketball. Emmy Colin earned the Tournament's Most Outstanding Player, opening her weekend in Minneapolis with a 20 point, 16 rebound performance in a 66-46 win over Calvary University. In the semifinals, the Ozark Christian defense held host North Central University to just 17 points in the second half, coming back from a 15-point deficit to punch their ticket to the national championship game.
