Joplin, MO – Top-seeded Manhattan Christian College would lose just one set the entirety of the 2025 Division II Women’s Volleyball National Championship, earning the program’s first title. The Thunder finish the year with just one loss as they would sweep Bob Jones University 25-16, 25-16, 25-12 in a pool play rematch on Saturday afternoon in Joplin, Missouri.

- Manhattan Christian was locked in from the first serve, using a 6-0 run to take a 16-8 lead on Bob Jones. Sienna Alexander recorded a pair of aces in the run for the Thunder.
- The Thunder would force Bob Jones into their second timeout after another ace from Jaiden Brewer and a kill from Hannah Beukelman. Manhattan Christian would lead 19-9 in set one.
- Bob Jones would respond with a 5-0 run but that would be all they would get, as Ellie Suber recorded the set point kill for the Thunder to give them the 25-16 victory.
- Early in set two the two sides traded four point runs to leave things tied at eight.
- Hali Clark and Jacey Schurle would combine for a huge block in the middle of set two that forced a Bruin timeout at 16-12.
- The Bruins had no response after the timeout, as Manhattan Christian would record 10 kills in set two to take it 25-16.
- Sienna Alexander would keep the Thunder momentum going, leading MCC to a 5-0 run to start set three at the service line.
- Bob Jones would take a timeout after an Ellie Wilson kill, trailing 8-2 in set three.
- Manhattan Christian would not let up continuing to dominate set three. Liv Lubbers would record a huge kill that made it 15-6 in favor of the Thunder. Jacey Schurle would record the final kill to secure the 25-12 set three victory to give Manhattan Christian College their first national championship in program history.
